		<description>Same in Phuentsholing too, the City Corporation do not bother about the animals staying freely in the urban town. I don&#039;t know may be in city&#039;s official&#039;s eye they look like human. Many times you find cattle, horses, goat roaming, sleeping on pavement and some even stealing from the grocery shop. The concerned authority (the respective Thormpeon) should do something to keep animal away from the town.</description>
